Brief Description:  Forward fuselage structure #2

Added some carpet foam on the table and set the centre section on it and then clecoed the forward fuse section to it.

The F-804H plates were clecoed to the towers and the lower longerons were clamped in place, with the vertex lining up with the edge of the skin. I'm surprised at how well it fits! I ussed a number of clampes to ensure that nothing moved and the longeron was tight with the skins and the weldments.

I moved the left side of the assembly over the table, grabbed my drilling cup and started at the rear most hole, clecoed it, then drilled out the four bolt holes for the WD803. I then drilled to #12 and plced bolts in temporarily.

After that, I was tired of having drill shavings hitting me in the face, so I carefully put the assembly on the side and was able to drill the reamining holes with no issues.

I drilled the two screw holes in the gear tower and then opened up to #19. Still waiting to see if I countersink through the skin for the flush screws or countersinkn the longeron and dimple the skin? I'll hold off on that.
